Terms of Use

While 3Paradox is a freeware/linkware site, there are a few rules that must be read if you plan to use any of my graphics. If you have any questions about these rules please feel free to email me.

Layouts

1. Please do NOT edit the copyright sections on the layouts other than to write your name. YOU MUST NOT REMOVE MY LINK! Because I don't put credits in the actual image, you need to keep my link on every page.
2. Do not use the graphics in the layouts to make your own graphics.
3. As of 10.2.06, you may use the avatars and other extras included with my layouts in other places, eg. your website or forum IF, AND ONLY IF, you link back to me.
4. Don't archive or edit my designs without my permission.

Avatars/Buttons

1. Do not steal them or claim that you made/own them.
2. If you use them on a site/forum/blog/Neopets account etc you MUST link back somewhere.
3. You may make small alterations to the buttons, such as adding your site name or animating them, but NO ALTERATIONS are to be made to any of the avatars.
4. Do not archive these graphics without my permission.

Signs

1. Do not steal them or claim that you own/made them.
2. You MUST link back somewhere on your site if you use my signs.
3. NO ALTERATIONS MAY BE MADE to the signs, you may not add your site name, requirements or anything to them. The watermark must be visible at all times. So, don't resize them.
4. Do not archive any of my signs without my permission.

Goodies

1. Bookmarks, stationery and all other printouts may not be edited, redistributed or archived without permission.
2. Printouts may NOT be used in the making of any other layouts/graphics.

Neopets/Gaia etc. Usage

1. You may use banners, buttons etc to liven up your lookup pages, signatures and things as long as you link back DIRECTLY. A correct example of this would be, 'Banner from 3Paradox'. An incorrect example of this would be if you simply linked back to 3Paradox with no explanation.
2. Do not use my graphics to make other graphics which you can distribute/sell to other users of these sites. Don't sell my work on these sites either, as currently my graphics are linkware.
3. Do not pretend you made or edited these graphics.

General

1. Do not steal any of my graphics, layouts, codes, articles or tutorials, or edit, archive or redistribute them without permission. If you are found to be doing this you may be put on a blacklist and banned from the site.
2. Link back is required if you use any of the graphics and layouts. If you draw inspiration from the site, a link back would be nice too - but not compulsory, because that would be stupid.
3. If you would like to link back to me for affiliation etc, please notify me first. Just because you use my graphics or admire my site does not mean you are affiliated with 3Paradox. Please remember that.
